Study on R&D Capacities on Măgurele Platform Romania

Abstract

Following the initiative to establish a non-governmental organization („District 2”) with the proposed purpose, among others, of „developing and implementing activities and projects aimed at protecting the environment, reducing the negative effects of climate change and the impact of the energy sector on the environment”, „reducing the negative social and environmental impact regarding transport infrastructure projects” (Statute, Chapter II, Art. 5, Paragraph 2, Sections 26, 27), this study was initiated with the aim of identifying the development potential of research institutes in the field of physics, which also have (or may have) production capacities in special fields, most often in cutting-edge technology.

Rezumat

Ca urmare a iniţiativei de înfiinţare a unei organizaţii non-guvernamentale („District 2”) având drept scop propus, printre altele- „dezvoltarea şi implementarea de activităţi şi proiecte ce au ca scop protecţia mediului înconjurător, reducerea efectelor negative produse de schimbările climatice şi a impactului sectorului energetic asupra mediului”, „reducerea impactului negativ social si de mediu in ceea ce priveste proiectele de infrastructura de transport”(Statut, capit.II, art.5, alin.2, pct. 26, 27), s-a iniţiat acest studiu urmărind identificarea potenţialului de dezvoltare al unor institute de cercetare din domeniul fizicii, care dispun (ori pot dispune) şi de capacităţi de producţie în domenii speciale, cel mai adesea ale tehnicii de vârf.
